How do I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems with an order through your account dashboard.

  1. Log into your webstore account
  2. Open a Support Ticket
  3. Use the Order Number in the Subject Line
  4. Describe the problem in detail
  5. Send your ticket

Be aware that for returns we will require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin processing. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, attach a photo of the damaged goods and damaged packaging, to a support ticket.  We will be in touch and most of the time we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Where are returns sent?

Packages sent out from our US fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility. Its address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

Meanwhile, packages sent out from our Europe location are automatically returned to our Europe fulfillment center. Its address: Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-1500. 

How do I extend the life of my printed garment?

Beyond being careful about the activities that you participate in while wearing the garment, washing the garment also is stressful on the prints and will show wear over time.  If you turn your garment inside-out and wash in cold water, this will help to extend the life of the printed area.
